for the purpose of the limits imposed by General Orders

137 and 138.

Applicants for concessions under the se rules must

furnish such proof as the Governor may deem necessary of

the time required for and actually spent on the course.

(6) Any officer granted leave under sub-sections (1) or

(2) will be required to sign an undertaking to refund such

moneys as have been paid by Government in connection with

the course together with all salary drawn during the period

of extended leave, in the event of his leaving the service

of this Government within 3 years of its receipt.
